The RowdyRuff Boys are tired of fighting four against three and decide to make their own RowdyRuff Boy.
Plot[]
After being defeated by the Powerpuff Girls again, the boys complain how unfair it is that they have a new Powerpuff. Brick comes up with the idea and whispers it in Butch's ear, leaving a confused Boomer. It soon cuts to them making a RowdyRuff. At first all goes well, stealing more candy and being able to terrorize even more. But soon the Powerpuff becomes aware of this, stopping all four Rowdyruffs.
